It's gotta make sense or else it won't be that good of a character D8 like, suppose, someone asks this..: How did she inherit the Kyuubi's chakra, yet have no demon what-so-ever inside of her? And there is no 6th Hokage. So far, of what I've read, Tsunade is the 5TH Hokage. And Naruto has NO relation towards Tsunade, so how can this girl have the same last name? It's GOTTA make sense!
